Over time, we have all been taught to make improvements in our lives, following a simple phrase, " Trial and Error ". However, I suggest that we should all start using and adapting to a subtly different phrase - " Trial and Success". Welcome back to cast an eye over the new developments our students are making at the tinker studio. Amvi Dwivedi of grade eight is mindful of the busy schedule that the working mothers face, day in and out. Therefore, she is trying to make life easier, for those working mothers, having very young babies. She is prototyping a Roller Buggy- Baby Stroller and Scooter Hybrid, that will help moms to manage time for their babies and also have time for themselves. The Roller Buggy is a multi-functional baby carriage transformable into a scooter. Thought Power- Discovering Our Potential

The first session with our twelve dynamic geniuses at the Tinkering Studio started on 10th October, 2018, with a lot of fervor and delight. Three quarter of an hour of research, planning and sketching helped them to set in motion. Trust me, the outcome of that thinking time was truly remarkable! Mahek of Grade 6, challenged herself with an innovative idea of making a ‘stationery vending machine’ to be installed  in every classroom, to solve the problem for those who forget to bring their stationery to school for that day. According to Mahek, children's work should not be affected for not getting their stationery supplies to school. They can use the vending machine to derive their supplies by simply inserting the appropriate amount and get their pens, pencils, sketch pens, erasers, etc for the day.
